Staffing suggestions:

We suggest 1 server per 25 guests for a buffet style dinner with rental dishes/glassware.

We suggest 1 server per 20 guests for a plated sit-down dinner if a private chef is on site.

Payment is due at the end of the event

We do not set up  or break down tables and chairs. Your rental company should be able to provide this service
